About Nancy Lehmbeck, Jacksonville of Real Estate Asset Disposition
Nancy Lehmbeck comes to us with over 20 years as a Florida licensee; she started selling Real Estate Owned and learning the foreclosure process for Bank of America back in 1999. She went on to underwrite appraisals for Wachovia for several years and continued pursuing a career in Default Management in the banking/servicing industry until 2012 when she joined our team as an agent in the Jacksonville office. After joining our team in she was successful in managing a hedge fund client where she sold over 200 properties in 2012-2013, running rate of return (ROI) numbers and rehab cost estimates.
Nancy is well versed in the default process, foreclosures, REO, and Investment properties. She is very successful in closing/negotiating short sales and also runs a small portfolio of rental properties in our Jacksonville office.
